Pigment Collection
The Pigment Collection is an assemblage of more than 100 pigments that serves a reference collection for conservation scientists and researchers in the laboratory.
The pigments are organized and labeled following the numbering system devised by Richard Buck based on the pigment’s color and chemical composition. This system is also adopted by Harvard Art Musem’s Forbes Pigment Collection.
