Equipment and Instrumentation
The Architectural Conservation Lab is equipped with a growing range of research-grade equipment from materials processing to characterization. Its equipment and instrumentation primarily support the conservation seminars of the Department in Historic Preservation. Some of the equipment may be shared within the University for interdisciplinary materials research. Students and researchers may use the equipment listed below after registering for access, familiarizing with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and receiving training from the lab manager.
